Returns

Nodes bearing pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfill valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible. However, please do not return any stock to us without contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation and goods return number.

Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail and telephone number)
  • What you would like to return
  • Your date of purchase
  • An acceptable reason for return
  • invoice number

We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.

Unwanted or Damaged Goods

The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify Nodes bearings within 15 days for unwanted goods or 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify Nodes bearings within 15 days of delivery that they no longer require the goods or 30 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 30 days after delivery.
