Accuracy of CRWUG series and CRWU series is indicated in table below. Parallelism at the center of the table represents parallelism of height when the table is stroked.
Parallelism at the side of the table represents parallelism of the side (preload adjusting screw side) when the table is stroked.
In addition, though allowance of unit height H is designed as ±0.1 mm, units with height variation of less than 0.01 mm among multiple units are also available.
